I see so many business owners uploading photos directly to their websites from their iPhones….

This a bad idea. Here’s why the average size of these images are 8.7 MB each but the average size of a webpage should be 3 MB or less.

So by uploading one of these images to your webpage, it is now three times the size it should be.

Why does this matter?
Your website will take forever to load and potential customers will leave your site immediately.

Google also recognizes this and penalizes your ranking.
